About This Role
Overview
We are Abu Dhabi based company looking a Senior Accountant with Recruiting Company Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- **Recruitment Specific:** Supervise high-volume payroll and invoices to clients, ensuring compliance with client service agreements (SOWs/PO) .
- **Financial Reporting:** Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss (P&L) statements Fugro
- **Closing & General Ledger:** Lead month-end/year-end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations DevsData
- **Compliance:** Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., local labor laws, tax audits) Workable +1.
- **Management & Strategy:** Supervise junior accountants/bookkeepers, analyze financial data for management, and improve financial procedures Breezy HR +1.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- **Experience:** 4–6+ years of post-qualification accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in the recruitment, staffing, or outsourcing industry .
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; CPA, ACCA, CMA, or MBA preferred .
- **Technical Skills:** Advanced MS Excel proficiency and hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally ERP, SAP, Oracle) Workable +1.
- **Attributes:** High accuracy, detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure Better team.
Preferred Experience
- Handling complex, multi-currency invoicing for international clients.
- Knowledge of specific recruitment software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience in a Big 4 firm is sometimes requested
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
