Senior Accountant – Inventory & Branch Control

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations for two companies and oversee inventory control across multiple branches. The role includes financial reporting, branch audits, stock reconciliation, and ensuring physical inventory matches system and POS reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations for two companies.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory movement between branches and warehouse.
• Conduct regular branch visits and physical stock counts.
• Verify that physical stock matches POS and accounting system reports.
• Investigate inventory variances and prepare adjustment reports.
• Perform daily sales and cash reconciliation from POS systems.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, P&L, and Balance Sheet.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor branch expenses, petty cash, and stock transfers.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and sales teams.
• Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and controls.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for inventory accuracy.
• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience.
• Strong experience in inventory control and stock reconciliation.
• Experience handling multi-branch or multi-company operations.
• Good knowledge of POS reconciliation and inventory audits.
• Experience using accounting/ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP Business One, or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently and visit branches regularly.
• UAE driving license preferred.
• Arabic and English preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,200.00 per hour
