About This Role
Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Account Manager
to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets preferably in Forex brokerage firm with excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and grow a portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with new and existing clients
- Drive client acquisition and retention strategies
- Promote trading products and services to clients
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Provide professional support and market insights to clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial markets / brokerage industry
- Must have an existing client portfolio (mandatory)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Chinese and Russian speakers are highly encouraged to apply
