We provide a fully integrated, end-to-end service covering immigration, housing, schooling, staffing, lifestyle and cultural integration — operating at the highest levels of discretion and service delivery.
The Role
This is a senior, dedicated account management position created to serve a major international financial services firm’s executive relocation programme in Abu Dhabi.
The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact and day-to-day relationship manager for the client and its relocating executives, coordinating all aspects of the mandate.
This role demands an individual who is polished, highly organised and deeply comfortable operating at a senior executive level.
You will be managing the relocation journeys of UHNWI and C-suite professionals, many of whom will have complex personal circumstances, exacting standards and time-sensitive requirements.
You will be the face of Origin to the client and must embody the exceptional standards of service and discretion that define the firm.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the sole dedicated point of contact for the client and its relocating executives throughout the duration of the mandate
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with the client’s HR leadership and
- individual executives
- Manage executive expectations with sophistication and calm, anticipating needs before they are articulated
- Represent Origin at senior-level client meetings and programme reviews
Programme & Project Management
- Oversee and coordinate the full relocation programme for each executive from pre-arrival through to settlement completion
- Manage multiple concurrent executive relocations simultaneously, each at different stages and with different requirements
- Build, maintain and track detailed project plans for each executive, ensuring all milestones — immigration, housing, schooling, utilities, household staffing and lifestyle integration — are delivered on time
- Coordinate across Origin’s internal service lines and external specialist partners (legal,
- logistics, property, education, medical)
- Prepare regular progress reports and participate in governance review meetings
Service Delivery
- Ensure seamless delivery of all services within Origin’s scope, including immigration facilitation, property search, school admissions, household staffing advisory, specialist logistics (art, wine and high-value property), and ongoing concierge support
- Manage and coordinate specialist third-party providers including immigration lawyers, relocation agents, schools liaison officers, and luxury logistics firms
- Resolve escalations swiftly and discreetly, maintaining service integrity at all times
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation for each executive
Concierge & Lifestyle Support
- Support executives and their families with lifestyle integration into Abu Dhabi — including medical registration, social introductions, cultural orientation and ad hoc requests
- Act as a trusted, discreet advisor to executives and their families on personal matters relating to their relocation and settled life in Abu Dhabi
Essential Experience
- Significant experience working with UHNWI, C-suite executives, family offices or senior principals in a high-service environment (private banking, luxury hospitality, family office, executive relocation, or equivalent)
- Demonstrable track record in complex project or programme management, managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously
- Experience working in or with the Gulf region, with a strong understanding of Abu
- Dhabi’s expatriate environment and lifestyle
- Experience managing or coordinating third-party service providers and holding them to account on delivery timelines and quality
Skills & Attributes
- Exceptionally well-organised with outstanding attention to detail — able to manage complexity without losing sight of the individual
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; articulate, warm and confident at the most senior levels
- Highly discreet, with an innate understanding of confidentiality in a UHNWI context
- Calm under pressure; able to manage competing priorities and urgent requests without compromising quality
- Proactive and solutions-oriented — anticipates problems before they arise and resolves them quietly
- Proficiency with project management tools and ability to maintain clear documentation across multiple active cases
Desirable
- Existing network within Abu Dhabi’s expatriate and professional community
- Experience within a concierge, relocation or private office environment
- Familiarity with UAE immigration processes and the Abu Dhabi residential property market
