Help maintain safety, security and smooth daily operations at a busy logistics site.
The role reports to Regional Supervisors and the Operations Manager.
Location and work pattern
- The work location is CEVA Logistics, Camp Road, Heyford Park, Upper Heyford, Bicester, OX25 5HA.
- The shift pattern is four days on and four days off, working days from 7:00 to 19:00.
- The schedule averages 42 hours per week.
Pay
- Pay is £13.86 per hour.
Required qualifications and attributes
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding licence is required as a minimum.
- The employer seeks an experienced, reliable and professional person with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to security.
Duties
- Protect client property, people and assets in line with Assignment Instructions and site procedures.
- Conduct patrols, control access, monitor activity, prevent loss and damage, and report irregularities.
- Prevent and escalate incidents; record observations, occurrences and surveillance activity.
- Provide professional, friendly support to customers and visitors and respond to their queries and requests.
- Comply with legal requirements, maintain professional conduct and contribute to the team.
