Security operations
- Manage daily security operations across company facilities and monitor security systems, access control, surveillance and visitor management.
- Lead, train and evaluate security guards and supervisors; manage schedules, attendance, shift rotations and resource allocation.
- Develop security procedures, policies and emergency response plans; conduct inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi laws and security requirements; coordinate with authorities and emergency services when needed.
- Prepare incident and operational reports, identify risks and recommend preventive or corrective measures.
- Maintain professional conduct, discipline and safety standards among security staff.
Qualifications and experience
- 8–10 years of relevant security operations experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibility.
- Proven ability to manage security teams and large-scale security operations.
- Knowledge of security procedures, risk management, emergency response and access control systems.
- Familiarity with Saudi security regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security reporting systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving and decision-making skills; able to handle pressure and emergencies.
Preferred qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in Security Management, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in corporate offices, commercial facilities, industrial sites or large-scale projects is highly desirable.
