- The Security Head is responsible for leading and managing all security operations of the company, ensuring the safety and protection of company personnel, assets, facilities, and information.
- The role requires a strong, disciplined, and highly professional individual capable of handling emergencies and maintaining the highest security standards.
- Develop, implement, and enforce company security policies and procedures.
- Lead and supervise all security personnel and operations.
- Ensure the safety and security of company premises, employees, visitors, and assets.
- Conduct security inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Monitor CCTV systems, access control systems, and security equipment.
- Coordinate with police, civil defense, and government authorities when required.
- Prepare duty rosters, security reports, and incident reports.
- Conduct security training, emergency drills, and awareness programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE laws and regulations.

- Minimum
- 5–10 years of security experience
- , including supervisory or managerial experience.
- Excellent command of
