The Security Guard helps protect hotel guests, employees, visitors, and property.
Responsibilities
- Monitor hotel entrances, exits, lobby areas, corridors, parking areas, and other designated locations.
- Control access and verify visitors when required; conduct regular patrols and report suspicious activity.
- Maintain daily security logs, incident reports, and visitor records.
- Respond to emergencies, disturbances, and guest complaints; coordinate with hotel management and other departments.
- Follow hotel security procedures, safety regulations, fire safety rules, and evacuation protocols.
Requirements
- Two years of hotel security guard experience is required; similar experience is preferred.
- A valid SIRA Security Guard certification/license is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; professional appearance, discipline, and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Must be physically fit, alert, punctual, and able to handle emergencies.
- Must be able to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic fire safety and first aid knowledge are advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,700–1,800 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person.
