Junior-to-mid-level AI Security Engineer role supporting the security of enterprise AI and GenAI solutions.
Work alongside cybersecurity, cloud, and AI specialists to secure AI platforms, applications, and data across the AI lifecycle.
The role provides exposure to Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, AI-enabled applications, LLMs, RAG solutions, and emerging AI security practices.
Candidate requirements
- 2–5 years of cybersecurity engineering experience with hands-on security implementation, assessment, or security operations.
- Practical experience in AI Security, GenAI Security, or LLM Security.
- Experience securing Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of AI threat modelling, prompt injection, jailbreak testing, RAG security, and AI risk assessments.
- Understanding of Azure Security, IAM, RBAC, managed identities, API security, and data protection.
- DevSecOps, security monitoring, Python, or PowerShell experience is advantageous.
- Candidates must be based in the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct AI security assessments and threat modelling.
- Secure Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and AI-enabled applications.
- Test for prompt injection, jailbreaks, data leakage, and AI misuse.
- Secure APIs, identities, secrets, and cloud environments.
- Review RAG solutions and AI data flows.
- Implement controls including RBAC, managed identities, encryption, and private networking.
- Support AI monitoring, governance, and risk management.
Location and arrangement
- Location is Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- The role is client-site based.
Contract
The position is a one-year renewable contract.
