Required Experience
- Experience in corporate International Security Risk Management
- Military/law enforcement experience, or equivalent academic/commercial experience
- Ability to integrate security into business decisions and subsequent creation/improvement of associated processes
- Working knowledge of physical security technologies, methodology, and force management
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to listen, learn and demonstrate initiative
- Possess an understanding of Strategic, Operational and Tactical aspects of Risk Management
- Experience building and leveraging cross-functional partnerships and elevating security awareness
- Flexibility to respond 24/7 to urgent matters with a bias for decisive action
- Excellent communication (oral and written) in English
- Desirable Experience
- Degree qualification in related field (Security, Risk Management, Criminology, etc.)
- Professional fluency (oral and written) in another European Language or Arabic is highly desirable
- Experience in leading Security Risk Management for international or multinational companies at a local, regional or global level
- Experience conducting sensitive, complex investigations
- Experience of working overseas and in multi-national environments
