Role overview

One Security Business Analyst seat supporting a Dubai retail group's enterprise transformation security workstream.

The client operates hundreds of stores, dozens of e-commerce sites and apps, and more than 300 international brands, with over 16,000 employees.

The security workstream covers remediation of agreed priorities, hypercare for live releases, and security readiness for the next major release.

The analyst reports to the Security Delivery Manager and works with information security specialists, programme teams, business stakeholders, and delivery partners.

What you will own

  • Gather, analyse, and document security requirements across remediation, hypercare, and the next release.
  • Translate specialist needs into business, functional, and technical requirements for delivery teams.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and define acceptance criteria and evidence requirements.
  • Maintain traceability from risks to controls, requirements, remediation actions, and evidence.
  • Track action owners, milestones, dependencies, decisions, documentation, and evidence submissions.
  • Support the integrated remediation plan; identify gaps and dependencies; prepare reporting and governance materials.
  • Trace next-release security requirements through design, build, testing, and implementation, confirming solutions with specialists.

What you bring

  • Business analysis experience in technology, information security, risk, or large-scale transformation.
  • Experience managing business, functional, and technical requirements through a full delivery lifecycle.
  • Working knowledge of information security principles, technology risk, and security controls.
  • Experience working with complex programmes and multiple business, technology, and third-party stakeholders.
  • Workshop facilitation, analytical precision, and structured documentation skills.
  • Clear written and spoken English for technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable experience

  • SAP, ERP, or other large enterprise transformation experience is desirable.
  • Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST CSF is desirable.
  • CBAP, CCBA, or a comparable analysis qualification is desirable.
  • Previous Middle East work experience is desirable.

Contract and compensation

  • The role is a 12-month full-time contract through Dreamcast Interactive, with extension based on performance.
  • The position is based at the client's Dubai head office with hybrid flexibility.
  • The competitive rate is monthly and benchmarked to the candidate's profile.
  • The role is client work, not an internal Dreamcast role.
