Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Secretary role based in Doha, Qatar. The Secretary will be responsible for managing daily clerical tasks, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, coordinating executive administrative activities, and ensuring smooth office operations. The individual will also provide essential customer service, maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams, and assist with company secretarial duties.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including organizing files, managing schedules, and maintaining records accurately
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar field
  • Strong Communication skills for interacting effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Experience in Company Secretarial Work, including maintaining corporate records and compliance
  • Proven expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance, such as arranging meetings and managing executive calendars
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills, ensuring professional and courteous interactions
  • High level of organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and administrative tools
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
