About This Role
Job Description:
We are seeking to hire a professional Secretary to join our engineering consultancy office in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in an engineering consultancy firm.
This position is suitable for motivated candidates who are eager to learn and develop their career in an engineering office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and support the engineering team.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
- Prepare and organize official documents and correspondence.
- Assist in filing, document control, and project documentation.
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes when necessary.
- Assist in preparing official letters, reports, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain office files and documentation.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate daily administrative tasks.
- Support HR activities such as attendance and leave tracking.
- Handle visitor reception and internal communication.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an engineering consultancy office is mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be currently based in Qatar with a valid residence permit (preferred).
