About This Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors, welcome guests, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Answering calls, handle incoming phone calls, transfer them to the appropriate person, and take messages.
  • Managing appointments, schedule and confirm meetings or appointments.
  • Handling inquiries, provide basic information about the organization, services, or staff.
  • Calendar management, organize meetings, events, and deadlines for executives or teams.
  • Correspondence handling, receive, sort, and distribute mail, emails, and courier deliveries.
  • Data entry, update databases, spreadsheets, and records accurately.
  • Meeting coordination, arrange meeting rooms, prepare agendas, and sometimes take minutes.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times.
