- Greeting visitors, welcome guests, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Answering calls, handle incoming phone calls, transfer them to the appropriate person, and take messages.
- Managing appointments, schedule and confirm meetings or appointments.
- Handling inquiries, provide basic information about the organization, services, or staff.
- Calendar management, organize meetings, events, and deadlines for executives or teams.
- Correspondence handling, receive, sort, and distribute mail, emails, and courier deliveries.
- Data entry, update databases, spreadsheets, and records accurately.
- Meeting coordination, arrange meeting rooms, prepare agendas, and sometimes take minutes.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times.
