Overview
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes of meetings.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and documentation.
- Arrange business travel, accommodation, and logistics when required.
- Track action items and follow up on pending tasks assigned by the MD.
- Prepare letters, memos, presentations, and official documents.
- Receive visitors and provide administrative support during meetings.
- Ensure efficient office administration and document management.
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Secretary, Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Professional appearance and interpersonal skills.
