- Oversee project planning, execution, and resource allocation.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor construction progress and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, and work procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
- Lead and mentor project teams including engineers, supervisors, and foremen.
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 18+ years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on high-rise buildings.
- Proven experience managing large-scale building projects in GCC (Saudi experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
