Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Infrastructure Director with 20+ years of proven experience in leading and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
The role is responsible for providing strategic direction, overseeing project execution, managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, and delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major infrastructure projects.
- Develop project strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Oversee project directors, managers, engineering teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, government authorities, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, risk management, cost control, and performance metrics.
- Lead contract administration, claims, variations, and dispute resolution activities.
- Support business development, tender reviews, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Prepare executive reports and presentations for senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices across project delivery functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's Degree preferred).
- Minimum 20 years of experience in infrastructure project management.
- Experience delivering large-scale roads, highways, utilities, water, wastewater, transportation, airport, rail, or urban infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and project management methodologies.
- PMP, PE, Chartered Engineer, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
