Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary / Admin Officer to support daily administrative and office operations.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the construction industry, preferably working with contractors handling luxury villa or landscaping projects, and be capable of managing documentation, coordination, and communication efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to management and project teams.
- Manage and maintain office documentation, filing systems, and company records.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for management.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
- Assist in preparing project-related documents, submittals, and reports when required.
- Coordinate with internal departments, site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure proper organization and archiving of company and project documents.
- Support HR and administrative tasks when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role within the construction industry.
- Experience working with companies involved in construction, luxury villas, or landscaping projects is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong multitasking and coordination abilities.
