Overview
A leading company in the UAE is looking for a professional and highly organized Female Executive Secretary to support management and handle daily administrative and executive tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing emails, calls, and daily communications
- Attending meetings inside and outside the office
- Following up with companies, registrations, and ongoing tasks
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Coordinating schedules, appointments, and executive tasks
- Handling work professionally under pressure
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and personality
- Flexible working hours
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
- UAE experience is preferred
