About The Role

Our client, a well-established real estate brokerage in Dubai, is currently seeking ambitious and results-driven Property Consultants to join their growing sales team.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in Off-Plan and/or Secondary Sales who are looking to take their real estate career to the next level within a supportive and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
  • Conduct property viewings and project presentations.
  • Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
  • Promote and manage property listings across multiple platforms.
  • Negotiate offers and successfully close transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay informed about Dubai’s real estate market, new launches, and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of real estate sales experience.
  • Experience in Off-Plan and/or Secondary Sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • UAE driving licence is an advantage.
