About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the Dubai real estate market to lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of property consultants.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of driving sales performance, coaching teams, and achieving business growth.

We are ideally looking for a candidate with extensive knowledge of the Dubai real estate sector, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for developing successful sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Property Consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new brokers and sales consultants.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor team performance through regular reporting, KPI tracking, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Conduct sales meetings, training workshops, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure all consultants maintain high levels of client service and professionalism.
  • Support agents in closing deals and negotiating complex transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the Dubai property sector.
  • Collaborate with senior management to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all RERA regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales.
  • Previous experience managing and leading a team of real estate agents.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai property market, including secondary and off-plan sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
  • RERA certification is advantageous.
