Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in Dubai.

The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring processes for real estate roles, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.

Responsibilities

include partnering with agencies to understand their staffing needs, drafting and posting job descriptions, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.

The role involves coordinating interview schedules, managing candidate communication, and providing timely feedback to all parties.

The Recruitment Specialist will also support onboarding and training coordination, track recruitment metrics, and help continuously improve recruitment processes to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong recruiting and hiring skills, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in interviewing and candidate assessment, with the ability to evaluate both skills and cultural fit.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage candidates and client stakeholders.
  • Experience in training, onboarding support, or facilitating candidate transitions is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within real estate or professional services, is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai and manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort using ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
