Property Consultant

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing estate agency, who are looking for driven and client-focused Real Estate Agents to join their team.

Whether you are an experienced professional with an established portfolio or someone taking their first steps into property, our client offers the support, training, and resources you need to build a successful and rewarding career.

In this role, you will be the face of some of the most important transactions in your clients’ lives — helping buyers find their ideal property and supporting sellers through every stage of the process.

You will work within a collaborative, professional environment where high performance is recognised and rewarded.

Develop and manage relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants

Conduct property valuations, viewings, and market appraisals

Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, and canvassing

Negotiate offers and guide clients through the sales or letting process from start to finish

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant property legislation

Collaborate with colleagues to share market knowledge and best practice

Meet and exceed agreed targets and KPIs

A genuine passion for property and delivering outstanding client service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident on the phone, in person, and in writing

A self-starter mentality with the drive to build and grow your own pipeline

The ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously without losing attention to detail

Full UAE driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Previous experience in estate agency or a sales environment is preffered but not essential, full training will be provided
