A1 Properties is expanding its secondary sales and leasing team and welcomes experienced property consultants and candidates starting a career in Dubai real estate.
The role focuses on generating business, building client relationships, and completing property sale and rental transactions.
Responsibilities
- Generate business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Source listings and secure exclusive mandates.
- Conduct viewings and negotiate property sales and rental transactions.
- Develop knowledge of Dubai's property market and communities.
- Maintain client records and consistently follow up on leads.
Candidate requirements
- A valid UAE driving licence and own car are essential.
- Positive, self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Real estate experience is advantageous but not essential.
- RERA certification is preferred; guidance on obtaining it may be available.
- Additional languages are advantageous.
