A1 Properties is expanding its Off-Plan division in Dubai.
This is a 100% commission-based role advising clients on high-value off-plan investments.
The consultant will work with developers and investors and represent projects in Dubai’s off-plan market.
What you’ll do
- Represent exclusive off-plan projects across Dubai’s prime locations.
- Build and manage relationships with developers, investors, and end-users.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and investment consultations.
- Stay updated on new launches, pricing strategies, payment plans, and incentives.
- Manage leads using the company CRM system.
- Negotiate deals and guide clients through booking, documentation, and closing.
- Provide insights on ROI, capital appreciation, and exit strategies.
- Maintain accurate client and deal records in line with RERA and UAE regulations.
What the company is looking for
- Experience in real estate sales, off-plan, or investment advisory is sought; Dubai experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Entrepreneurial, results-driven, organized, self-motivated, and target-focused.
- A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is an advantage.
- RERA certification is preferred, or candidates may be willing to obtain it.
Commission
- The role is 100% commission-based, with commission of up to 80% and no commission cap.
