Role overview
A1 Properties is expanding its Secondary Sales and Leasing team and seeks motivated individuals, including experienced consultants and people starting a career in Dubai real estate.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and client referrals.
- Build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Source property listings and secure exclusive mandates.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales and rental transactions.
- Develop knowledge of Dubai’s property market and communities.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up with leads consistently.
Requirements
- A valid UAE driving licence and own car are essential.
- A positive attitude, strong desire to succeed, communication skills, and interpersonal skills are requested.
- Previous real estate experience is advantageous but not essential.
- RERA certification is preferred; guidance on obtaining it can be provided.
- Additional languages are advantageous.
