The Lana - Dorchester Collection is hiring a Seamstress/Tailor in Dubai.
The role focuses on uniform, linen, and item repairs, guest tailoring assistance, and uniform operations.
Responsibilities
- Repair uniforms, linen, and other items to support a high-quality guest experience.
- Assist guests with tailoring requests and help the Valet team with buttons and minor repairs.
- Issue, adjust, label, order, collect, and track uniforms for colleagues.
- Inspect items for cleanliness, stains, and damage; support laundry and linen room operations.
- Maintain uniform records, prepare monthly reports, complete inventories, and follow up on outstanding items.
- Keep work areas clean, tidy, and stocked correctly.
