****Job Summary:****
We are seeking an experienced
Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager
- to lead and support cross-functional technology teams in delivering high-quality digital solutions.
- The role focuses on facilitating Scrum practices, promoting Agile principles, removing delivery impediments, and ensuring effective collaboration between development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, transparency, and value delivery across projects.
- ****Key Responsibilities:****
- Facilitate and lead Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Ensure teams adhere to Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and values.
- Remove impediments and resolve issues that impact team progress and delivery.
- Support and coach teams toward self-organization and high performance.
- Act as a liaison between development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
- Support Product Owners in managing, prioritizing, and refining the Product Backlog.
- Monitor and track team performance using Agile metrics such as Velocity, Burndown, and Cycle Time.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability.
- Protect teams from unnecessary external interruptions and distractions.

- Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Required Certifications: Scrum / Agile certifications are preferred (CSM, PSM I/II, PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master).
- Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working in an Agile environment with Scrum, including proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
- Languages Required: Arabic (Native), English (Professional working proficiency).
- Computer Skills: Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
