Scope: Operations governance, coordination, performance management, and interface between Operations and L3 Development teams.
Supports the Operations Director in planning, tracking, reporting, and operational governance activities.
Responsibilities
- Operational interface with L3 dev. teams for bug fixes, enhancements & recurring issues resolution.
- Coordinate operations activities, priorities, task distribution, and tracking.
- Monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, and service performance.
- Prepare management dashboards, reports, and executive presentations.
- Track issue resolution and follow-up actions.
- Support the Operations Director in governance and coordination activities.
