Facilitate Agile delivery and drive delivery excellence for a squad working across integration, core banking, cloud, infrastructure, security, testing, and vendor teams.

Key responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Support Product Owner backlog management, prioritization, and delivery planning; remove impediments and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate across integration, core banking, cloud, infrastructure, security, testing, and vendor teams; track sprint progress, velocity, milestones, and Agile metrics.
- Promote Agile practices and continuous improvement; support release planning, SIT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare.
- Prepare delivery updates for programme leadership and governance forums, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
Required skills and experience
- At least 8 years in technology project delivery, Agile programs, or digital transformation, including at least 4 years as a Scrum Master leading Agile squads.
- Experience in banking, core banking transformation, integration, middleware, or digital platforms; good understanding of core banking platforms, preferably Oracle FLEXCUBE.
- Familiarity with APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud platforms; experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder-management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master is preferred. Kubernetes is listed as preferred.
