Senior Solution Architect role focused on sustenance projects and technical initiatives for a Core Banking platform.
The role covers solution architecture, enhancements, integrations, and system optimization.

Key responsibilities
- Lead Core Banking sustenance projects and technical initiatives.
- Review and design solution architectures for enhancements, integrations, and optimization.
- Coordinate with business, technology, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams.
- Drive architecture reviews, technical assessments, defect remediation, and performance improvements.
- Support capacity planning, end-of-day optimization, platform modernization, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage project planning, risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Required skills and experience
- 12–15 years of experience in Core Banking implementation, support, or transformation.
- Strong Oracle FLEXCUBE architecture and solution design experience, including technical and functional expertise.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Database, performance tuning, integrations, and data models.
- Experience with WebLogic, REST/SOAP/API, Integration/ESB, and Kafka.
- Experience managing banking projects, vendors, and cross-functional teams; hands-on project delivery experience required.
- Retail and corporate banking experience is preferred.
Technology stack
- Preferred technology stack includes Oracle Database, Java, JavaScript, and microservices.
- Tools include JIRA, GitHub, and Postman; Kubernetes is good to have.
