D4 Insight seeks a Senior Techno-Functional Engineer to serve as the functional and technical authority for Oracle FLEXCUBE in an Integration Platform Squad.
The role is listed in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with an indicated duration of 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Act as the functional and technical authority for Oracle FLEXCUBE.
- Define and validate integration requirements across FLEXCUBE, channels, payment systems, finance, risk, and external applications.
- Support API, event-driven, and middleware integration design.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Support solution design reviews, impact assessments, and integration mapping.
- Coordinate with business users, vendors, architects, and development teams.
- Support SIT, UAT, migration, production readiness, and defect resolution.
- Ensure solutions follow FLEXCUBE best practices and banking requirements.
Required skills and experience
- 8–12 years of Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation, support, or transformation experience.
- Strong knowledge of FLEXCUBE modules including CASA, Lending, Customer Information, Payments, and Trade Finance.
- Understanding of FLEXCUBE APIs, messaging interfaces, database structures, and integration frameworks.
- Experience with system integrations, middleware platforms, and digital banking ecosystems.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL.
- Core banking transformation, migration, or modernization experience is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred technology and tools
- Preferred technology stack: Oracle Database, Java, JavaScript, and Microservices.
