What you’ll do
- Lead analysis of schedule scenarios, making KPIs, assumptions, risks and trade-offs visible.
- Forecast commercial and operational performance, compare schedule options and identify profitability, cost and resilience drivers.
- Turn internal and external data into decision-ready insights, recommendations and presentations for stakeholders.
- Develop dashboards, analytical methods and tools, and contribute to improvements in schedule design and assessment.
What the employer is looking for
- Strong numerical, analytical and accuracy skills, attention to detail and curiosity about data.
- Clear communication of complex analysis, evidence-based stakeholder influence and effective organisation in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Project management, SQL data mining or scheduling systems such as Amadeus SkySuite or Sabre AirVision are useful but not essential.
Workplace and schedule
- Hybrid working; employees spend 60% of each month in the office.
- Full-time role based in Luton.
