Build and own a significant stake in your business, with clear potential for dividends, scale-

Access a globally deployed collections stack, including:

 AI-driven segmentation and recovery strategies

 Omnichannel digital collections (SMS, WhatsApp, email, voice)

 Workflow automation and case management

 Advanced analytics and performance tracking

Leverage tested operating models, compliance frameworks, and recovery strategies from

mature markets.

Launch with ready infrastructure instead of building from scratch — reducing time, cost, and

execution risk.

Operate with the credibility and support of an established global player while maintaining

entrepreneurial control.

 Founders or senior operators ready to step out of employment and build equity

 With deep experience in:

o Debt collection/recoveries

o Accounts receivable management

o Credit risk/lending operations

o Collections outsourcing

 Strong understanding of the UAE/GCC market dynamics and regulatory environment

 Experience working with banks, fintechs, NBFCs, or large enterprises

 Commercially driven with the ability to originate and close client mandates

You will define and scale your own model across areas such as:

 End-to-end debt collection

 Digital-first and AI-led collections

 Accounts receivable management and outsourced AR operations

 Data-led collections strategy and analytics

 Skip tracing and contactability solutions

 Sector-focused offerings (banking, fintech, telco, utilities, real estate)

 Compliance-led recovery frameworks

 Optional expansion into debt purchasing and portfolio acquisitions

The UAE and GCC are seeing rapid growth in credit, BNPL, and digital lending — creating

strong demand for modern, compliant, and technology-enabled collections businesses.
