The Scaffolding Material Rental Sales Manager will drive rental sales growth, expand market presence, and manage key client relationships in construction and industrial sectors.
The role includes generating business opportunities, preparing technical quotations, managing tenders, and providing customized scaffolding and access solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lease scaffolding materials, explore the rental market, expand business channels, and meet annual sales targets.
- Follow daily management requirements, including customer visits and company meetings.
- Track key customer needs and establish customer relationships.
- Identify potential market information and communicate effectively with customers.
- Follow up on rent payments and reduce bad accounts receivable.
- Handle other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.
- 4–7 years of experience in scaffolding material rental sales.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, including Cuplock, Ringlock, and Tube & Clamp, and safety standards.
- Proven B2B sales and client-management skills.
- Ability to prepare quotations, tenders, and technical proposals.
- Experience conducting site visits and understanding project needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
