Role overview

Part of BRP's SAP Center of Expertise, a cross-functional team supporting and continuously improving SAP processes.

The SAP Functional Integration Lead coordinates integration across functional teams and business process stakeholders throughout large-scale SAP S/4HANA and ecosystem initiatives.

The role drives end-to-end process consistency and cross-functional dependency management so SAP solutions work as cohesive business solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure SAP solutions align end to end with approved business process intent.
  • Connect SAP functional workstreams and prevent design silos and integration gaps.
  • Identify, assess, and manage cross-functional dependencies, impacts, and risks.
  • Facilitate design reviews, integration workshops, and alignment sessions.
  • Work with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to validate functional designs.
  • Provide integrated alignment, risk, and delivery-readiness input with PMO and program leadership.
  • Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live from a functional and process integration perspective.
  • Ensure teams follow solution standards, templates, and agreed design principles.

Requirements and experience

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years working in large, complex SAP programs with multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Strong SAP functional experience and hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience across multiple modules and add-ons such as EWM, TM, GTS, and IBP.
  • Ability to work across functional, business, and program governance teams and translate business needs into functional solutions.
  • Experience with cutover, go-live, and data migration; experience in scaled agile environments such as SAFe or LeSS.
  • Comfort working across time zones, adapting to changing environments, and participating in critical incident escalations.
  • Written and spoken English required; irregular hours may be required.

Benefits and perks

  • Annual bonus based on company financial results, paid time away, pension plan, collective savings opportunities, and company-paid healthcare.
  • Flexible work schedule, summer schedule that varies by department and location, holiday shutdown, educational resources, and BRP product discounts.
