Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead
with strong
solution architecture and system landscape design expertise
to lead financial transformation initiatives.
The role requires deep functional knowledge of
SAP FI, CO, Funds Management, BCM
, and proven experience delivering
migration and upgrade projects
, while working closely with business stakeholders to design scalable, end‑to‑end solutions.
The candidate will act as a
finance solution owner
, ensuring seamless integration across SAP modules and related platforms.
Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience as an
SAP FICO Lead / Architect
- **Deep, hands‑on knowledge of:**
- **SAP FI & CO**
- **Funds Management (FM)**
- **Budget Communication Management (BCM)**
- Strong experience in
- SAP landscape architecture and solution design
- **Proven delivery experience in SAP S/4HANA migration and upgrade projects**
- **Solid integration knowledge with MM, Ariba, and SuccessFactors (Core & Talent)**
- **Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)**
- for analytics and dashboarding
- Strong understanding of financial processes, compliance, and reporting requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in complex, multi‑system enterprise environments
