Role Context

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to support a complex SAP landscape within a dynamic business environment. This position requires a hands-on expert capable of operating at both strategic and operational levels, working closely with business stakeholders, system integrators, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive SAP FICO functional activities across project and run phases
• Act as a hands-on SAP FICO expert (configuration, testing, troubleshooting, solution validation)
• Gather and analyse business requirements; translate them into functional specifications
• Challenge System Integrators to ensure quality delivery and adherence to best practices
• Support and/or lead greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation initiatives
• Facilitate workshops with finance stakeholders and business leaders
• Ensure alignment between finance processes and SAP system capabilities
• Contribute to process engineering and optimization initiatives
• Support integration points between FICO and other SAP modules
• Provide guidance to business users and support change management efforts

Required Experience

• 10–15 years of proven experience in SAP FICO
• Strong hands-on system experience (configuration and implementation, not purely advisory)
• Solid experience in requirements gathering and business process design
• Demonstrated experience working with System Integrators and driving delivery quality
• Experience in greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations (highly preferred)
• Proven exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Technical Skills

• Deep expertise in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting)
• Strong knowledge of SAP CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing)
• Understanding of integration with MM, SD, and other relevant SAP modules
• Strong configuration and solution design capabilities
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA finance architecture
