About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and engaging
SAP FICO Instructor
to deliver part-time training sessions.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO and the ability to teach students using practical, real-world scenarios.
The role requires availability for evening and weekend classes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led training on
SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling)
- Cover core topics including:
- General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting and Bank Accounting
- Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting
- Conduct hands-on training using SAP systems with real-time examples
- Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and assignments
- Evaluate student progress through tests and practical assessments
- Provide guidance on SAP certification and career opportunities
- Support students with queries and troubleshooting during sessions
- Customize training based on batch requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
- **Minimum 5+ years of SAP FICO experience**
- At least
- 2+ years of teaching or training experience
- SAP FICO certification (preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with
SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, HCM, PP)
- Ability to deliver training for additional SAP modules (added advantage)
- Familiarity with classroom and online training tools
