As we continue expanding our operations in Qatar, we are looking for a highly skilled and driven **SAP FICO Consultant** to join our Doha team.
This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about ERP systems, finance transformation, and delivering impactful SAP solutions that drive business performance.
Position Overview
The **SAP FICO Consultant** will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) modules while collaborating with finance and business teams to optimize financial processes and reporting capabilities.
The ideal candidate combines strong SAP expertise with analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP FICO modules including:
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting
• Profit Center Accounting
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Support SAP implementation, upgrades, testing, and system enhancements
- Troubleshoot SAP FICO issues and provide functional support to users
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams on process optimization
- Develop financial reports, workflows, and system documentation
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and reporting standards
- Conduct user training and support ERP best practices across departments
& Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant or similar ERP finance role
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP FICO configuration and support
- Knowledge of SAP integration with MM, SD, and other modules is preferred
- Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- SAP certification is highly desirable
- Experience in GCC business environments is a plus
