SAP Controlling Solutions Analyst

Role overview

What you will do

• Provide SAP technical expertise within controlling solutions, including finance, logistics, and sales integration scenarios.
• Analyze new requirements with project teams, including solution feasibility and system impact.
• Prepare analyses and create functional designs.
• Understand the technical setup for interface solutions.
• Develop process and customizing designs for new initiatives and document existing solutions.
• Participate in continuous improvement and process-standardization initiatives.
• Develop training materials and train local key users or end users before go-lives.
• Prepare presentations and coordinate or conduct workshops, demos, and meetings for rollouts.
• Share knowledge, coach, and support team members.

Candidate requirements

• Have at least 5 years of SAP finance process experience, including SAP FICO modules, in a multinational environment.
• Have basic SAP integration knowledge, including IDOCs.
• Have project management or project participation experience.
• Hold a university degree in economics, finance, IT, or technical studies.
• Have MS Office and general IT skills.
• Be able to deliver independently across several projects with tight deadlines.
• Have strong business-user communication skills and very good English.
• Be available to travel when required.

Location and work arrangement

• The role is based at the Curitiba administrative office or the Bangalore GCC in India.
• Flexible work hours and a hybrid work environment are offered.
• Collaboration across European and Indian time zones requires some work-time flexibility.
