Your Role

Service Operations

• Build the authorized service centre network and manage trade relationships.
• Lead field services and authorized service centre aftermarket business development.
• Ensure service process compliance and adherence to organizational policies.
• Implement, review, and enhance field service operations.
• Drive service and revenue operational KPIs.
• Manage the field service team and guide service centre staff to provide timely, quality customer service.

Customer and Partner Management

• Drive consumer satisfaction targets, including net promoter score and consumer effort score.
• Address customer and trade queries, resolve issues, and obtain feedback.
• Provide inputs to business, field service operations, training, and quality teams.
• Conduct market visits with authorized service centres and trade partners.
• Complete authorized service centre audits and controls.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• At least 2 years of experience in field operations.
• Understanding of field operations and franchisee management.
• Knowledge of home appliances and built-in appliances is preferred.
• Experience with franchisees, distributors, dealers, or other external business partners is advantageous.

Location and Travel

• The posting states that the role involves regular work in New Taipei, Taiwan and also states that it will be based in Chennai, India.
• The role may require domestic and international travel.
