Role Summary
- Join a dynamic organization as an SAP ABAP Technical Lead, responsible for leading complex ABAP developments, driving technical architecture decisions, and delivering high-quality, scalable SAP solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead design, development, and optimization of advanced ABAP solutions including OO-ABAP, CDS views, OData services, enhancements, and performance tuning
- Design and implement SAP BTP-based extensions and integrations across cloud and on-premises landscapes
- Develop and support SAP Workflows, business rules, and automation scenarios aligned with business processes
- Build and maintain integrations using SAP CPI, including APIs, IDocs, SOAP/REST services, and monitoring frameworks
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, architecture governance, transport management, documentation, and support across SIT, UAT, and production
Skills and Experience
- Strong experience as an SAP ABAP Technical Lead or Senior ABAP Developer
- Expertise in OO-ABAP, enhancements (BAdIs/User Exits), CDS views, and OData services
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services and extensibility concepts
- Proven integration experience using SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
- Solid understanding of SAP Workflows, approvals, and automation
- Experience with SAP Fiori technical artifacts and backend enablement
- Strong knowledge of SAP technical architecture and best practices
- Experience working with BASIS, functional teams, and business stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
