Job Overview
We are seeking a
Data Architect
with hands-on expertise in
Oracle Fusion Database
integration and strong proficiency in the
Microsoft data ecosystem
.
This role will be pivotal in designing, building, and optimizing our data pipelines, warehouse structures, and analytics solutions to support business intelligence and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Integration
- Access and extract data from Oracle Fusion Database with a solid understanding of its table structures.
- Design and implement efficient data ingestion pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and security throughout the import process.
• Data Architecture & Modeling
- Develop and maintain a robust star schema in SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
- Optimize data models for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data models.
- Design and maintain database tables to support structured and scalable data storage.
• Analytics & Visualization
- Build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics and data storytelling.
- Create and manage paginated reports for detailed, print-ready reporting needs.
- Support self-service BI initiatives across the organization.
• Collaboration & Governance
- Work closely with IT, business analysts, and stakeholders to align data solutions with organizational goals.
- Establish best practices for data management, governance, and documentation.
- Provide guidance on data architecture standards and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Integration, and BI solutions.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Database and data warehousing integrations.
- Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory, SSAS, Power BI, SQL, and performance tuning.
- Good understanding of ETL, star schema, dimensional modeling, and scalable database design.
- Experience in paginated reporting and enterprise BI solutions.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics or cloud data warehouse platforms.
- Knowledge of data governance, security best practices, and enterprise-scale BI implementations.
