Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a café, coffee shop, or casual dining restaurant.
- Strong experience preparing sandwiches, wraps, burgers, salads, and light café meals.
- Experience in Dubai or Kuwait cafés or restaurants is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality sandwiches and café menu items.
- Maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and ingredient freshness.
- Support daily café and kitchen operations.
