Position Overview
The Procurement Officer will manage purchasing activities for cafés and restaurants across multiple branches.
The role requires knowledge of F&B sourcing, supplier negotiation, inventory coordination, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for food, beverages, packaging, equipment, and consumables.
- Ensure timely purchasing and delivery for all branches.
- Maintain purchase order, supplier contract, and pricing records.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment with store managers.
- Conduct market research for competitive pricing and quality.
- Maintain vendor relationships and support new branch openings.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and food safety requirements.
- Coordinate invoice verification and payment processing with finance.
- Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of Procurement Officer experience in the F&B industry.
- Café or restaurant procurement experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of food, beverage, packaging, and equipment suppliers.
- Strong inventory management and cost control knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems.
- Ability to manage multiple branch requirements under pressure.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Valid Qatar ID and ability to join immediately.
