Manage salon operations, staff, customer service, inventory, and financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate stylists, receptionists, and support staff.
- Oversee daily workflow, cleanliness, inventory, supply orders, and vendor relationships.
- Maintain service standards, client relationships, and prompt resolution of complaints and feedback.
- Track revenue, manage budgets and payroll, monitor financial performance, and prepare reports.
- Promote products and service packages and develop marketing strategies to attract clients.
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene compliance; organize staff training and keep current with industry trends.
- Perform hair, skin, or nail services as needed to support staff.

- Work location is in person.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,000–2,000 per month.
