Responsibilities
- Prepare welcome packages for incoming meeting planners.
- Support the Private Event Director in selling private functions and creating promotional marketing materials.
- Manage private-event social media posts and distribute daily and weekly reports.
- Coordinate budgeted costs and Stewarding department expenses.
- Coordinate Stewarding setups with function and kitchen managers.
- Assist with scheduling, training, and coordinating Stewarding team members.
- Perform additional job-related duties as required.
Requirement
- Become proficient in the Cater Pro catering program.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,500–2,500 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
