- MAGIO Hair Experience salons are seeking an experienced and driven **Operational Manager** to oversee our operations and ensure top-tier client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the salon/spa runs efficiently.
- Lead, mentor, and manage staff, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve any client issues.
- Manage budgets, revenue targets, and financial performance.
- Oversee inventory control and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives to boost visibility and client acquisition.
- Maintain service quality through regular audits and staff training.
- Analyze KPIs to monitor performance and optimize operational processes.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- 5+ years of experience in spa or salon operations.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MOS).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years Experience in salon /hospitality Management
- Excellent Leadership, Communication & Client Relationship Skills
- Strong Knowledge of hair services, Products, Treatments & Premium salons.
- Highly Organised, Detail Oriented and calm under pressure.
- Professional Appearance aligned with luxury standards
- Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and POS
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: Up to AED12,000.00 per month
