Ladies Salon Manager
About This Role
La Biche Beauty Salon is seeking a highly organized and experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, supervising staff, maintaining service standards, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily salon operations.
- Supervise staff scheduling, attendance, and overall performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with management regarding operational needs and improvements.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and product ordering.
- Handle operational issues, staff concerns, and client feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Prepare reports and provide updates to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the beauty salon or service industry is an advantage.
- Preferably currently based in the UAE.
