The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, supervising staff, maintaining service standards, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily salon operations.
- Supervise staff scheduling, attendance, and overall performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with management regarding operational needs and improvements.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and product ordering.
- Handle operational issues, staff concerns, and client feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Prepare reports and provide updates to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the beauty salon or service industry is an advantage.
- Preferably currently based in the UAE.
